Hello! Can you tell us a bit about your background and what led you to develop EchoDocs?

As an IT consultant, I kept running into the same problem: trying to capture knowledge from experts in proper documentation. I started by recording our sessions, transcribing them, and using ChatGPT to create readable docs. It worked, but it took forever, and technical terms often came out wrong.

That’s what sparked the idea for EchoDocs. I wanted to build something that would make this whole process simple – turning conversations into clear, accurate documentation without all the manual work.

Could you walk us through the process of how a user would go from uploading audio to receiving a fully documented file with EchoDocs?

EchoDocs offers two straightforward pathways:

  1. QuickGen: Perfect for handling shorter audio files on the go. Users can generate documents within seconds by uploading audio, selecting their preferred language, and choosing from our intelligent layouts (such as meeting notes or executive summaries).
  2. EchoPlus: For more sophisticated needs, EchoPlus allows users to upload large audio files or record directly within the platform. With our AI-powered transcription and documentation, users can customize their documents with specific instructions, make modifications, and regenerate content as needed.

EchoDocs supports over 50 languages. How did you approach ensuring high-quality transcription accuracy across such a wide range of languages?

We partner with leading model providers in the industry. Our EchoPlus users can input contextual keywords about the discussion topics, enabling context-aware transcription – a feature rare in the market. Combined with speaker detection and other advanced features, we achieve 99% accuracy across languages.

How does EchoDocs manage noisy or low-quality audio files? Are there specific features that enhance transcription in challenging environments?

While crystal-clear audio always works best, we’ve made sure our system can handle real-world situations. Whether it’s a recording from your phone or a call with some background noise, we’ve built in features to clean up the audio and pull out what matters.

For users dealing with sensitive information, what measures does EchoDocs take to ensure data security and privacy?

Privacy is fundamental to our platform. We implement privacy by design principles, storing audio files temporarily only during transcription, followed by automatic permanent deletion. All transcripts and documents are protected with encryption at rest, and SSL encryption safeguards user connections.

What’s your vision for the future of EchoDocs, and how do you see it transforming the way people approach transcription and documentation globally?

I’ve seen firsthand how much knowledge stays locked in people’s heads or gets lost after meetings. About 80% of company knowledge never makes it to documentation – that’s a huge problem! Whether it’s for sharing with teammates or training AI systems, we need this knowledge in accessible form.

With out AI-powered transcription and documentation, we’re working on making EchoDocs blend even better into how people naturally work and communicate. The goal is to make turning conversations into useful documentation feel effortless, so teams can focus on using that knowledge rather than struggling to capture it.
